Refunds or exchange policy 

At Haven For Paws, our top priority is to ensure that you and your pet have a great shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes the products may not meet your expectations or fit your pet as intended. We have established a refund and exchange policy that aims to guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. The policy details are outlined below. 


The pet store doesn't provide refunds for any of their products, except if the item is damaged or spoiled. In such cases, customers should send an email to  with a photo of the damaged product and their order ID. The store's team will review the issue and proceed with the refund if applicable.


If you want to exchange a product for any reason, you should submit an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product. To initiate an exchange request, please follow the instructions provided below.

To initiate an exchange, please follow these three steps:

  1. Send an email to , mentioning your order ID and attach a photo of the product package.
  2. We will arrange a pick-up of the product from your location, free of charge*. Please ensure that the product is unused and all tags are intact. Keep the pick-up slip safely with you for further coordination with our delivery partners.
  3. After receiving the product at our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check and offer an exchange based on our policy. If the exchanged product is not available, we will issue store credit and notify you when it's back in stock.

Before making a purchase, please consult our Retail and Customer Delight representatives for expert guidance on selecting the right size for your pet.

While we offer one free exchange, any subsequent exchanges may incur additional charges that will be borne by the customer.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items, unless they are received damaged or spoilt:

  • Beds, playpens, crates, and carriers.
  • Toys for dogs and cats.
  • Items purchased during a sale or on discount.
  • Dog pads and diapers.

Please keep in mind that returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:

  • If the request is made more than 3 business days after the order has been delivered.
  • If the product has been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • If the returned product is not in its original packaging, including all labels, tags, and accessories, or if the original packaging has been damaged.
  • If the product was purchased at a discounted price.
